CORGO HOUSE
A House Without Barriers.
The house unfolds over two floors within the volume defined by the lot, opening to the south toward the street and to the north toward the garden. It seeks a discreet harmony with the neighboring buildings, maintaining a balance between presence and reserve.
Access is from Rotunda do Corgo, through a small porch that welcomes arrivals and precedes the entrance to the house and the garage. The design was conceived without architectural barriers, offering everyone who lives here a continuous, open, and accessible space.
On the ground floor, the kitchen and living room merge into a single luminous space, open to the landscape and daily life. A laundry room and a guest bathroom complete this level. The south façade is slightly recessed, allowing the shadow to protect the interior.
On the upper floor are three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Glass balconies extend the view and the light, while the interior remains sheltered by blackout systems that modulate brightness and preserve privacy.
It is a house designed according to the measure of body and time, made to be lived effortlessly, with the serenity of those who find the right place to remain.
