RAIMONDA HOUSE

Designed to be afordable.

The Raimonda House was designed to meet the needs of a young couple while keeping costs low. The exterior concrete walls serve as the main structural element, supporting all the floors. The interior is free of structure and organized through plasterboard walls that define the program. All materials used are prefabricated to reduce costs.

Although the house has an industrial character, wooden elements were introduced to warm and soften the space.
